United hope to end season on a high

2010-02-27 00:00

MARITZBURG United will aim to preserve their unbeaten record so far at Harry Gwala Stadium and finish the Premier Soccer League season on a high with their last game against Santos today.

United have beaten Golden Arrows (1-0) and Orlando Pirates (2-1) in their first two games back at the newly-renovated Harry Gwala.

“The last two games at Harry Gwala have seen some excellent football being displayed by our team, and the boys will be keen to avenge the 4-0 loss to Santos earlier in the season in the away game in Cape Town,” said United brand manager Younus Kadodia.

Tickets are available at Computicket, Supersave Supermarket in Retief Street and the club offices at 397 Victoria Road at R30 for stadium admission and R15 for juniors.
