Viewer power: dstv mag will have schedules

2012-05-23 00:00

MULTICHOICE has bowed to pressure from its subscribers and has agreed to publish a single version of its Dish magazine that will have both a lifestyle section and the schedules.

This magazine will go to all subscribers who indicated a positive response to receiving it in any form.

Subscribers who did not respond, as well as those who indicated that they did not want to receive a magazine at all, will not be sent one.

The decision was taken following a poll among DStv subscribers.

Those who opted for a magazine containing schedules will, however, have to wait until September 2012 to receive their first Dish as Multichoice has long lead times for printing and distribution.
