2010-08-13 00:00

IN an effort to forge social cohesion, the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Arts and Culture, in co-operation with Capital Media and SBG, is participating in this year’s Wildfees at Voortrekker High School this Saturday from 4 pm.

The event is designed to expose a multicultural audience to Afrikaner culture in the form of cuisine, music and dance. There will be different cultural groups showcasing their dance styles, speeches by cultural activists and performances from emerging and mainstream artists.

The KwaZulu-Natal MEC for Arts, Culture, Sport and Recreation, Weziwe Thusi, will give a keynote address.
