The final day of the Mr Price Pro Ballito on Saturday again saw some of the best conditions on offer for the early morning quarter-finals. Lying in second place behind Julian Wilson (Australia), Heath Joske (Australia, pictured) attempted a late tube ride, but gave up at the end after realising he was not going to get into the wave. Joske was eliminated from the competiton, which was won by American Patrick Gudauskas (25), who beat John John Florence (18) of Hawaii.
