AKA wants to change 'coloured stereotypes'

Hate him or love him, AKA has proven that he can do anything he sets his mind to. The rapper, who has just signed to Sony Music Africa, is now set on another mission - to be the voice of coloured people.

In a tweet, AKA wrote: "I am here to change the stereotype and perception of what Coloured are supposed to sound/dress/think like."

The rapper, who's currently promoting his album Levels, added: "The perception of Coloured people in our country is one dimensional ... I am not bound to those stereotypes."

Well, he's done a great job uniting fans across all races so far!
