Myth. It’s easy to fall asleep in front of the TV its light and noise can still engage your brain and reduce brain melatonin (sleep hormone) levels. Rather opt for some relaxing music.

Exercise Helps You Sleep

Fact. Avid exercisers will know how much regular activity improves the quality of sleep. However, avoid working out too late. Strenuous exercise can make you more alert.
