Actress Nobulali Dangazele heads to the UK

Nobulali is looking forward to starting her PHD in Shakespeare and Strategy in England.

Better known for her role as Mangi in SABC1's award-winning When We Were Black in 2006 Lali, accomplished theatre, television and film performer Nobulali Dangazele is headed to the University of Warwick in England to start her PHD in Shakespeare and Strategy.

The multi talented star is also an entrepreuner who owns Nobulali Productions, which uses experiential learning, applied drama and theatre processes to enhance learning, including set works in schools and organisational development in corporates.

"When I started my business the concept was all about a wing and a prayer – but I believed in it so absolutely. Now its thriving," Nobulali says.

The 29 year old has also acted on shows like Rhythm City, Hard Copy III, Home Affairs, and the SABC1 mini-series A Place Called Home. She also escorted the US first lady around the country in 2013 when she visited South Africa.
