Anga Makubalo known as “Naakmusiq” is alleged to be facing charges for assaulting a security guard at his complex in Northcliff last week.

According to Sunday Sun, the security guard, Musa Gumbi received a call to go check on a nosiy party that was hosted by Naaqmusiq, upon his arrival he was allegedly beaten up by the presenter and his two friends.

A source known by the publication revealed that Anga had been problematic since his arrival at Burgundy Hills Estate in Northcliff.

“This boy is forever making noise and throwing parties,” said the source.

The security guard received numerous calls from tenants complaining about the noise, when he went to investigate on the matter, a highly-intoxicated Naakmusiq and friends attacked him.

“The whole estate was watching and some tenants wanted to beat him up,” he said.

Anga is allegedly threatening Gumbi, who is now fearing for his life.

Another guard confirmed the attack to the paper, “MJ was swearing at us. He said we were underpaid and he could pay us to be his watchdogs for a whole year.”

Warrant Officer Nonhlanhla Khumalo at Roodepoort police station confirmed that a case of assault had been opened against Naakmusiq and the two other suspects.
