Banana cream pie

Whip up something sweet in a jiffy

Chilling: 3 hours

200 g tennis biscuits, crushed

80 g butter, melted

385 g condensed milk

500 g smooth cottage cheese

125 ml (½ c) lemon juice

3 bananas, sliced

250 ml (1 c) cream

  1. Mix the biscuits and butter together and press them into the bottom of the pan. In a bowl whisk together the condensed milk, cheese and lemon juice until smooth and thick.
  2. Layer slices of banana on the crust, followed by a layer of filling then more banana slices and ending with filling.
  3. Whip the cream and spoon on top. Chill for 3 hours or overnight before serving.
