Beef and grape koftas

Looking for an interesting quick dinner idea, then grapes covered in mince is the meal for you!

Serves: 4

500 g beef mince

5 ml (1 t) cumin, ground

15 ml (1 T) coriander, ground

2,5 ml (½ t) cinnamon

handful chopped parsley

1 onion, grated

1 egg, lightly beaten

1 ml (¼ t) ground ginger

1 ml (¼ t) cayenne pepper

salt and pepper

200 g white grapes

guacamole and couscous to serve

1. Place mince, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, parsley, onion, egg, ginger and cayenne pepper in a large mixing bowl. Season to taste and mix until just combined.

2. Place 3 grapes on a water-soaked skewer and cover with the mince to form a kofta.

3. Heat a griddle pan until very hot and grill the koftas until brown in colour.

4. Serve immediately with guacamole and couscous.
