Martha-Renee Kolleh, a Caribbean café owner,  in England took a stand against racism when she posted a sign outside her cafe warning potential customers that she is black.

In an all-caps sign it said: "Attention! Everyone be aware I am a black woman, and always will be[.] If you are allergic to black people, don't come in."

Kolleh says she noticed a difference in sales when her white employee was manning the counter compared to when she was working, customers regularly walk in "take a look at me and walk out."
