Kaizer Chiefs coach insist that his side is looking to once and for all bag the PSL title when they clash with Polokwane City.

According to Chiefs’ website, coach Stuart Baxter reveals that the encounter is going to feel like a cup final and one they are eager to win. "If you look at the other matches that we recently played, they were all cup finals," says Baxter before coming to tonight’s Polokwane City fixture.

"This is a major cup final."

Amakhosi will be looking at their chance to clinch the PSL title with three games remaining.

"We see tonight’s (Wednesday) match as one more game to go," continues Baxter. "We want to clear this situation as quick as possible.

"What this game means to the Club should be a driving force."

Chiefs top the log with 60 points, 13 points ahead of last season’s league champions and nearest chasers Mamelodi Sundowns.

The last time Rise and Shine visited Amakhosi at the FNB Stadium, Chiefs won 4-1.

Reports suggest that the players looked relaxed and confident ahead of the match as they walked off the training pitch on Tuesday afternoon.

"We will play our normal football. We are aware of their attacking flair and we are planning to counter that. I can’t tell how the players feel.

"With soccer players you never know for sure. At least with race horses you can tell when they go into a big race, by looking at their shiny coat and sparkling eyes."

Kick-off is at 19:30.
