Chilli M's liver ailment will result in him not making it to 2016, according to his doctors

Ukhozi FM DJ, Chilli M has been told by doctors that he will not be around to see the year  2016.

Sunday World reports that Chilli, real name Vukani Masinga, was addressing a gathered audience at Association for Responsible Alcohol Use's (ARA) launch of the Young Free and Educated Programme in Johannesburg alongside his fellow ambassadors DJ Oskido and Kaizer Chiefs' Jabu Mahlangu when he broke the heartbreaking news.

"I'm not going to see the end of December, that is what my doctor told me, Chilli revealed as quoted by the site.

"The doctor told me with certainty that 80% of my liver had been affected," he reportedly continued.

"There is an eight-year waiting period before one can get a liver transplant. It is such a sad case. My liver does not function normally anymore," Chilli allegedly told the audience.

Earlier this year, Chilli had taken it upon himself to spread a message against alcohol and alcohol abuse around the country.

Chilli's trouble with his liver was revealed to Mzansi by the radio jockey on his show when he let his listeners know that he would die from liver failure as a result of previous alcohol abuse.
