Don't be a couch potato

If you spend more than two hours a day watching TV you double your risk of heart disease and have a higher risk of dying prematurely. And if you work in an office, you really need to avoid the couch at home because you probably spend a lot of time sitting at your computer. If you then come home and sit in front of the TV it means you spend most of your life sitting. So try to cut down on your TV time. Or try doing some exercise while you’re watching TV!
