Comedy. 2010. 105 min.

With Jonah Hill, Russell Brand and Sean Combs.

Director: Nicholas Stoller. 16LSN.

If you’ve seen Forgetting Sarah Marshall you’ll remember Russell Brand’s character – a beyond-vain peacock of an English rock star called Aldous Snow. Back then it seemed Aldous had beaten his drug, drink and sex addictions but in this sequel of sorts he’s fallen right off the wagon again.

Record company employee Aaron Green (Hill) is ordered by his boss (Combs) to fetch Aldous in London, get him to New York for a TV appearance and then to Los Angeles for a show at the Greek Theater – all in three days. Of course all does not go well and Aaron finds himself in way over his head trying to get Aldous to behave. Then they end up in Vegas...

This funny gross-out comedy has dollops of sex, drugs and rock ‘n roll and a cool soundtrack, but you also end up caring for Aldous and Aaron. And Sean Combs is hilarious! Bonus: Lots, including featurettes and a gag reel.
