Eat chicken

Eating more chicken as well as other meats, cheeses, nuts and milk is believed to provide your teeth with calcium and phosphorous needed to fight tooth decay.

Eat your veggies

These are good for our waistlines and our teeth love. They are great source of vitamins and minerals.

Chew gum

It keeps the flow of saliva in the mouth flowing and helps keep a neutral pH level in the mouth, which can help avoid cavities.

Get braces 

Crooked teeth are a good foundation for tooth decay, which can lead to gum disease by allowing bacteria and plaque to colonise in the areas where your teeth are not aligned.
