Uplifting vocals, upbeat sounds and unbelievably talented - MuzArt are the new soul kids on the block.

Getting together five different people with the same vision isn’t always easy, but for MuzArt – Mzansi’s five faces of Afro soul/jazz – it’s been relatively smooth sailing.

Their similar backgrounds and spiritual bases have helped them assemble their plan for the future.

It’s been over four years since the five-member band of Victor “Vic” Chauke, Tshegofatso “Tazzy” Lehutso, Sol “Stringer” Mosetle, Rorisang “Rori” Thandekiso and Jabu Jnr Khanyile – the son of the late, great muso Jabu Khanyile – got together.

But they really burst onto the scene in 2013 when they held the No. 1 spot on YFM’s chart for three consecutive months with their single Jukebox.
