If you want your teenager to be healthy, teach him the power of positive thinking. A new study from the University of South Florida in the US found teens who have a positive outlook, good moods and who are satisfied with their lives tend to be much healthier than those who think negatively. And, of course, the reverse is true as well – the researchers also found a link between feelings of loneliness, guilt, anxiety and depression and poorer health.
