6 chicken pieces
125 ml (½ c) chicken stock
150 g noodles, cooked
150 g broccoli, blanched
Honey sauce
30 ml (2 T) honey
30 ml (2 T) olive oil
30 ml (2 T) soy sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
Preheat oven to 180 °C.
1 Mix the sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Arrange the chicken on a baking tray and pour sauce over. Roast the chicken for 30 minutes, basting occasionally until the chicken is well browned and tender. Remove and switch off the oven.
2 Pour the stock over the chicken and add the cooked noodles and broccoli, pushing the noodles under the chicken. Return to the still-hot oven for about 5 minutes before serving.
