It’s not the same

I’m dating the father of my four-year-old child, but we don’t speak like we used to. What should I do to fix our relationship?

Sis Dolly answers:

When you say you “don’t speak like you used to” I’m assuming you’re saying that you used to communicate much more before. I suggest you tell your man that you miss talking. If you don’t think this would work, then just start talking more, ask more questions and encourage him also to speak more.

It’s possible to improve your relationship. Just ask for what you need and ask him what he needs. Then both do what you can to meet each other’s expectations. It’s often about “give and take” and always about love.
