The SABC has turned Unathi Msengana's mic off following yet another public outburst, but has this rude radio DJ learnt her lesson?

She frequently has listeners in stitches with her sense of humour, but it looks like her future on Metro FM's breakfast show, The First Avenue, hangs in the balance.

Radio personality, singer and Idols SA judge Unathi Msengana seems to have annoyed too many people with her "sharp tongue" - and her SABC bosses have reportedly had enough.

"It's not the first time she's been taken off-air, and now the bosses are fed up with her, so her job is on shaky ground," a source at the public broadcaster says.

"Her show no longer wileds so much power now that there are other DJs in the breakfast slot, such as Mo Flave and Bonang Matheba. Both these hosts make a very strong contribution."
