Kelly celebrates with family

Despite not winning Clash of the choirs South Africa last night songbird Kelly Khumalo had a good weekend.

For the first time she brought her daughter Thingo to watch her perform. The star who was performing at the 999 Music birthday celebration had her mother son Christian and daughter Thingo seated in the front row throughout the show.

"Thingo was so excited to see me perform for the first time live on stage. She kept on blowing me kisses. That made me so happy," Kelly said.

Thingo is Kelly's daughter with the late Bafana Bafana captain Senzo Meyiwa. She was part of the 999 Music artists who celebrated the label's birthday at State Theatre in Pretoria. Part of the line up included 999 owner kwaito legend Arthur Mafokate, rapper Ishmael, Chomee, new kid on the block Cici and many others.
