Rapper Ludacris has done a turnaround on his baby mama.

The rapper wants legal custody of his 2-month-old daughter after recently being hit with a child support bill of $7,000 (R76,000) a month.

Atlanta, Georgia native Ludacris is fighting for the custody of his 2-month-old daughter and wants the child's mother Tamika Fuller, pay him child support.

According to TMZ, Ludacris filed legal documents saying he is a "fit and capable parent" and that he should gain full physical custody.

Ludacris also points out that he's been a supposed "active father" in the life of his 12-year-old daughter.

Last week Ludacris reportedly appeared in court with Fuller to discuss child support payments. After Fuller demanded a child support payout of $15,000 per month, the judge awarded her less than half of that, hitting Ludacris with a monthly child support bill of $7,000.
