Lungile Radu clinches another sought-after role.

TV personality Lungile Radu has clinched another sought-after role.

The Soweto-born actor and presenter will be the host of the first season of The Voice SA that is set to premiere next year.

Radio personality Stacey Norman will be the V-Reporter of the reality show. She will engage with the viewers and talents in the show, as fans will be live tweeting and sending messages of support during the live shows.

In a statement, M-Net’s Head of Publicity Lani Lombard had this to say: “Lungile's extensive experience in front of the camera will stand him in good stead in this demanding role.”

She added that with all the pressure that comes with handling a reality show, Lungile will manage all the with buoying contestants’ nervous families and friends to giving the singers much-needed support in the later rounds of the show.

“We all know that he is a slick, highly professional presenter, but The Voice SA will also highlight his warm and caring personality," she said.
