Mabala Noise PR manager Tumi Moatshe has denied claims that “Jub Jub” Maarohanye’s team has reached out to the record label in an effort to revive his career

Maarohanye was recently released from jail after serving four years of his sentence for killing four Soweto learners in a 2010 drag-racing incident. His music career headed south while he was behind bars and many are wondering what his plans are now that he has been released on parole.

Moatshe said, “That is just a rumour, I don’t know anything about Jub Jub joining Mabala Noise Entertainment. You should remember that he is under parole and has conditions. People should give the guy some space. He just got out”, he added.

Jub Jub featured Tshepo Tshola on his recent song Ke Kopa Tshwarelo (Please Forgive Me) which is aimed at asking for forgiveness for killing four school kids, and leaving two permanently injured in the Protea incident in March 2010. The song was released shortly after he came out of jail.
