Mafikizolo to perform at DRUMBEAT

Mafikizolo, a SAMA award-winning duo, will set the stage alight at this year’s DRUMBEAT concert, which is proudly presented by DRUM and Toyota

. The event  takes place on Friday 16 and Saturday 17 August at the Soweto Theatre. Don’t miss out!

After a six-year break, Mafikizolo is back with a bang! Their latest single, Khona, featuring Uhuru, is getting huge airplay and is one of the biggest songs at the moment. The song shot to number one on YFM, Umhlobo Wenene FM, Ukhozi FM and TruFM and is at number two on Metro FM and in other African countries such as Kenya, Zambia, Nigeria and Botswana. Mafikizolo’s new sound is an innovative mixture of West African influences with funky house beats.
