Moist chocolate pudding

Try this easy recipe – the pudding is totally moist inside. If you have leftover pieces of chocolate, use them to decorate the pudding just after baking.

150 g butter

150 g chocolate

250 ml (1 c) sugar

3 eggs

80 ml (? c) flour

Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Grease a small, deep rectangular baking dish.

1 In a microwave-safe mixing bowl melt the butter and chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds, stirring frequently.

2 Let the melted chocolate and butter cool slightly then stir in all the remaining ingredients. Scrape the mixture into a baking dish and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

3 Let cool for a few minutes then serve with ice cream.
