Well-known gospel duo, Ikhethelo, calls it quits after five years. DRUM asks them why.

They dreamed of becoming South Africa’s biggest gospel duo, giving hope to the hopeless with their angelic voices, but much-loved Ikhethelo has split – amid bitter allegations and counter-allegations of greed and deceit.

The Crown Gospel award-winning group, comprising Sgwili Zuma (30) and Babo Ngcobo (40), was on a meteoric rise before the seemingly sudden break-up.

But sources reveal trouble had been brewing for quite some time.

Now the duo tells DRUM about why they split up.
