A prisoner has appealed to a Florida court to have Kim Kardashian and Kanye West banned from the state.

A prisoner in Florida, USA has called upon a judge to make the decision to ban Kim Kardashian and her husband Kanye West from the American state.

TMZ reports that Wayne Albright, an inmate incarcerated for sexual assault has asked that Kim-Ye be "stopped at the Florida border, because they're nothing but wannabe Jay Z's and Beyoncé's"

Albright is not a fan of the couple at all and has asked the court for an interdict against any kind broadcasting of the couple on television.

"Ban these two Moose Knuckles from appearing on any television programs aired in the state of Florida, unless it's Court TV and they're on trial for posing as a famous couple" Albright reportedly demanded.

The only Kardashian that Albright seems to tolerate is Kim's younger brother, Rob whom he likely feels sorry for.

"[He is] eating himself out of house and home, no doubt from the shame he feels as a result of what Kim has done to the Kardashian name."

The inmate has asked the judge to file a temporary restraining order against the superstar couple, appealing to him to " make us all proud. You have your work cut out for you."

A verdict is yet to be found for Albright's case.
