Puff Johnson loses battle against cancer

American singer Puff Johnson lost the battle against cancer.  The Outside My Window singer reportedly died of cervical cancer on 24 June 2013.

The 36 year old singer who's real name is Ewanya Johnson burst into the scene with the hit track Forever More, she released her first album Miracle in 1996 which was produced by Randy Jackson of American Idol fame.   In 1997 Puff Johnson was the opening act for Michael Jackson during his Europe tour.

The singer moved to South Africa in January 2009 but her stay was cut short when she was arrested and deported to the US in 2010 for not having proper documentation.
