Salad in a jar

This is as easy as it looks

Serves: 1

Cooking: 8 min

100 g pasta

30 ml (2 T) pesto

salt and freshly ground pepper

85 g baby tomatoes, halved

50 g soft mozzarella, cubed

4 slices ham

a handful of coriander leaves

  1. Cook the pasta following the pack instructions. Drain, rinse under cold water to cool and then drain well. Toss with the pesto then season with salt and pepper to taste. Place in a jar then add the remaining ingredients in layers, ending with the coriander.
