Easy ways to keep in shape during winter months

Let’s face it; staying in shape during winter can be difficult. Creamy soups, hearty meals and all things rich are oh so heavenly, but can unfortunately be detrimental to your waistline.

But how can you make sure you don’t lose that beach body you have worked so hard for?

Tips on how to stay fit during winter:

  • Try to visit the gym at least 3 – 5 times a week
  • Make it a priority and put it in your schedule
  • Be creative and find ways to squeeze in a workout, for example: Instead of taking the lift, use the stairs
  • Minimize alcohol and cigarettes
  • Drink plenty of water
