Comedian Trevor Noah has postponed a show in Johannesburg due to bad weather in Atlanta, which has delayed his travelling plans.

The South African born comedian also apologised and thanked his fans for their support.

“People of Johannesburg. I'm sad. A huge storm in Atlanta has stopped our plane from flying and the pilot didn't want to fly because he said we shouldn't die. Even though I would risk dying to tell you some jokes, I have to think about the lives of the children on this plane and so unfortunately I'm moving today's show to next week Tuesday 2 June. If you can't make it and would like your money back then you can get a full refund at computicket. Or you can come back to Monte Casino on Tuesday and I'll make sure you get all the jokes and laughter you deserve. Thank you for your love and support. I'll be home soon,” he also wrote on his Facebook page.
