Miss SA 2014 finalist give us her hair tips.

For many women beautiful hair and luxuriant locks are an essential part of their identity. Women all over the world take pride in their hair. Tshegofatso Monggae, Miss SA 2014 finalist share her top hair tips:

Q: How do you keep hair in good condition?

Firstly I relax my hair.  This will help with straightening out my hair and getting the healthy silky and shiny effect. Then it's important that two weeks after my relax I need to undergo a hair treatment. A Mayonnaise conditioner will be applied on my hair which will help to repair and rejuvenate the damaged hair.

Q: What is the best hair tip you've ever received?

As a model I always need to wear weaves, but it may put strain on the hair because it is always pulled back, which affects the hair line and damages it. So I've been advised that when I do have a weave on I need to make sure that I always apply hair oils onto the lining.  This will help strengthen the hair. If I leave it dry the hair will get weak which will lead to breakage.

Q: How do you like to wear your hair?

I prefer having my hair tied up. It really helps me not to stress about getting my hair messy. It also brings out my facial features.

Q: What are the few versatile looks can you do with your hair?

I can get the hair into a bun which gives me a more sophisticated look. I can also get it curly and wavy which is a more youthful look.

Q: What has been your worst bad hair day?

It would definitely have to be when my hair is natural and coarse. For me it doesn't have length and it's flat. It's just untamed and unattractive
