Tumisho Masha left traumatised after 5-hour hijacking ordeal

Masha was left unharmed after being held captive for about 5 hours by hijackers on Sunday night.

According to a statement released by his agent, the actor was on his way home from seeing family and friends in Soshanguve, north of Pretoria when he was apprehended at gunpoint by hijackers.

He was thrown into the boot of his car but was later released after being driven around for about five hours.

“He was driven around for hours while the hijackers were locating the tracking device in car while he laid in the boot and was finally released at approximately 02h45 Monday morning,” the statement said.

Although unhurt, he is said to be emotionally traumatized.

No arrests have been made as yet.

Masha thanked his fans, the public and his family for the support and well wishes.
