Syrup glazed pork chops on bed of creamy mashed potatoes and broccoli

Ingredients:

2 medium pol chops

2 large potatoes

Broccoli

4 table spoons of traditional syrup

1 tpn steak and chops spice

1 tbs paprika

Salt and pepper

A cup of milk

Butter

Radish

Coriander

Method:

  • Marinate chops in paprika,syrup, spice and salt and pepper for 2 hours
  • Sauté the chops on low heat for 20 minutesand drizzle with a bit of syrup through out the process.
  • For mash potatoes:cook potatoes until fully cooked .
  • Add milk and butter and stir until soft
  • Boil broccoli in a bit of water for 2 minutes then plate .
  • Garnish with radish, coriander and your choice of gravy
