Mini corn dogs

Oil for deep-frying

1 packet flapjack mix

350g Eskort Mini Cheese Viennas

125ml (½c) flour

12 wooden skewers


  • Heat a pot of oil over moderate heat.
  • Mix the flapjack batter according to the packaging instructions.
  • Skewer each Mini Cheese Vienna and dip them into the flour.
  • Dip each skewered Vienna into the batter until evenly coated.
  • Deep-fry the coated Viennas in the simmering oil until they’ve puffed up and turned golden brown.
