Pan-toasted ham, cheese and tomato sarmie

This classic anytime meal is taken to new heights with the addition of our #JustDelicious hearty tomato sauce! 


45ml (3T) butter

8 slices bread

60ml (¼c) cream cheese

60ml (¼c) hearty tomato sauce

4 slices Swiss cheese

500g Eskort Picnic Ham, sliced

2 handfuls baby spinach


  • Put a frying pan over moderate heat.
  • Butter each slice of bread and put the buttered side face down.
  • Top four slices with cream cheese, tomato sauce, Swiss cheese, ham and baby spinach.
  • Close the sandwiches and toast in the hot pan until both sides are golden and crispy.
  • To serve, heat extra hearty tomato sauce and serve as a dip alongside the toasted sarmies.
