A sweet, zesty dressing adds rich flavour to this simple pork and noodle dish!
Ingredients
Zesty soy dressing
30ml (2T) tomato jam30ml (2T) soy sauce
30ml (2 T) oyster sauce
5ml (1t) sesame oil
zest and juice of 1 lime
5ml (1t) sriracha sauce
45ml (3T) toasted sesame seeds
Pork chop noodle salad
leftover Eskort Pork Chops, thinly sliced
500ml (2c) cooked noodles
3 handfuls pak choi
2 spring onions, chopped
Method
Zesty soy dressing
- In a small bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients until well combined.
Pork chop noodle salad
- Place the noodles in a large bowl. Pour the dressing over the noodles and toss to coat.
- Serve a portion of dressed noodles topped with pork chop slices, pak choi and chopped spring onions.
