Pulled Pork Wrap & Avocado Dip

Pull this delicious pulled pork wrap out of your lunchbox and get to dipping.


Pulled pork wrap

500ml (2c) Eskort Smoked Pulled Pork

olive oil for frying

30ml (2T) Eskort Secret Braai Spice

60ml (¼c) Eskort Secret Rib Sauce

250 ml (1c) cheddar cheese, grated

60ml (¼c) sundried tomatoes, chopped

2 wraps

Avo dip

1 avocado

60ml (¼c) fresh mint, chopped

60ml (¼c) cucumber, chopped

juice of 1 lemon

5ml (1t) freshly ground black pepper

60ml (¼c) fresh coriander, chopped



Pulled pork wrap

  • Pan fry the pulled pork in a little olive oil over moderate heat.
  • Mix the fried pulled pork with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Fill the wraps with the mixture, close and toast in a pan with the open side down until crispy.

Avocado dip

  • Take each ingredient to work wrapped separately.
  • Scoop the avo into a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and mash it up.
