Spicy Pizza Rolls

This is easily the BEST way to eat pizza, rolled into #JustDelicious bite-size snacks!


1 roll puff pastry 1 packet

100ml tomato pasta sauce

5ml oregano Eskort Cheese Grillers, finely chopped

250g mozzarella cheese, grated

small handful fresh basil, roughly chopped

1 egg beaten


  • Preheat oven to 200°C and spray a baking tray with nonstick spray.Roll out the puff pastry onto a floured surface.
  • Spread the tomato pasta sauce over the puff pastry.
  • Sprinkle oregano over and layer with the chopped cheese grillers.
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and basil on top.
  • Roll up the puff pastry tightly from the short side.
  • Brush the pastry with the egg and place it on a baking tray.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and slice into 2cm rounds.
  • Serve warm, with a side sauce, dip of your choice or just as is.
