Super rib burger sliders

Perfect for play date snacks, these #JustDelicious Super Rib Burger Sliders are on a mission to fill hungry tummies!


500g Eskort Rib Burgers, cut into halves

375ml (1½c) cherry tomatoes

olive oil for cooking

125ml (½c) onion marmalade/caramelised onions

375ml (1½c) grated cheese

8 slider buns

butter for spreading

125ml (½c) creamy mayonnaise


  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Place the halved burgers on a greased baking sheet and bake for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Meanwhile slice the cherry tomatoes in half and fry over high heat in olive oil until the skins are loose.
  • Add the onion marmalade to the tomatoes and cook for one minute.
  • Top the burger halves with a spoonful of the tomato mixture each followed by some cheese and return to the oven until the cheese has melted.
  • Cut open the slider buns. Butter the buns and toast buttered side down in a hot, dry pan.
  • Spread each bun base with creamy mayonnaise, top with the tomato and cheese patties and close with the bun tops.
  • Serve the sliders on their own or with homemade sweet potato chips.
