The Mexican Dawg

We’re having a little food fiesta in the Eskort kitchen and delivering a bit of magic straight to your kitchen with these #JustDelicious Mexican-inspired hotdogs!


10ml (2t) oil, for frying

8 Eskort Red Viennas

4 hotdog rolls

butter, for rolls

1 avocado, mashed

5ml (1t) lemon juice

1 small red chilli, deseeded and thinly sliced


freshly ground black pepper

200g sour cream

1 bag cheese-flavoured Doritos, crushed

1 jalapeno, thinly sliced


  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the viennas until cooked. Remove from the heat and set aside.
  • Slice open the hotdog rolls and butter each side.
  • In a small bowl, mash the avocado with the lemon juice and chilli. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Assemble your hotdog with 2 viennas per roll, topped with a dollop of avocado mixture, a dollop of sour cream, a sprinkling of crushed Doritos and a few slices of jalapeno.
