Johannesburg - Three men have been arrested for alleged rhino poaching in the Kruger National Park, SA National Parks (SANParks) said on Wednesday.

"Every individual we arrest, and all the weaponry we confiscate from the syndicates, gives us more energy and hope that one day, we will overcome this war and save our natural heritage," he said.

The Kruger National Park, which borders Mozambique, is worst affected, having lost over 500 rhino since January.
