WATCH: Elephant seals make themselves at home in a parking area to breed

Nearly 100 elephant seals have taken the gap to invade a California beach usually used as a parking area for this season's breeding.

The 50-odd adults and their pups have displaced the humans who usually use the beach, probably because of unusual tides and other disruption.
