WATCH: Smog casts shadow over Diwali in Delhi

New Delhi is one of the most polluted cities in the world and it gets worse during the months of November and December. 

Farmers from the neighbouring states of Punjab and Haryana burn their crop stubble to clear their fields, bring pollution to dangerous levels.

Fireworks during Diwali further add to the problem, but many see fireworks as an integral part of the festivities.
