WATCH: UN gives 2030 as climate change deadline

In a recent UN report, climate scientists have warned that the world has to curb global warming at 1.5C or face great risks of drought, floods, extreme heat and poverty. 

"It means deep emission reductions in all sectors, the use of a wide range of technologies, behaviour change, and a significant increase in investment in low carbon options,"  says Jim Skea, co-chair of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.
