Use this easy-to-make pie crust to transform leftover stew or meat filling into a delicious pie.

125 ml (½ cup) milk

125 ml (½ cup) oil

1 egg

1 ml (1/4 teaspoon) salt

180 ml (3/4 cup) cake flour

10 ml (2 teaspoons) Royal Baking Powder

Spoon the stew or meat filling into a 30 x 15 cm ovenproof dish. Whisk the milk, oil and egg together. Mix the salt, flour and Royal Baking Powder in a separate mixing bowl, and make a hollow in the centre. Add the milk mixture and beat until a thick, smooth batter forms. Pour the batter over the meat filling and bake at 180°C for 25 to 30 minutes, until the pie crust is risen and golden brown.

Serve with vegetables. Serves 6-8.
