Chicken and spinach pasta

Serves 2

125 g pasta of your choice

15 ml oil

½ onion, chopped

1 chicken breast (without skin), sliced into strips

chicken spice to taste

2 small tomatoes, skinned and chopped

100g spinach leaves, washed and chopped

salt and pepper to taste

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until done. While the pasta is cooking, heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion and chicken until cooked. Season to taste with chicken spice. Add the tomatoes and spinach and heat until warmed through. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
