Chicken and vegetable stir-fry

Serves 4 – 6

15 ml (1 teaspoon) oil

4 chicken breasts, cut into strips

15 ml (1 tablespoon) chicken spice

750 ml (3 cups) frozen mixed vegetables

30 ml (2 tablespoons) Worcestershire sauce

In a large pan heat the oil. Add the chicken and the spices and fry until cooked. Add the vegetables. Fry until the vegetables are cooked. Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce and serve on rice or pasta with a dollop of chutney.
